The Company is seeking for motivated and customer-oriented staff on the following job positions. These role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong analytical skills focusing on enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering.

• Term of Employment: - Unlimited period (permanent) up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring vital signs and report any deviation from normal to the concerned team leader.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments, diagnoses, and physician orders.

• Bedside nursing care to assigned stable patients in the ICU unit based on basic assessment and evaluating the outcomes.

• Continuously monitor patients for changes in status and respond promptly to emergencies. Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs and other critical parameters.

• Work closely with physicians, colleagues, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.

• Provide routine care for all patients admitted in ICU (daily bed bath etc.)

• Make intake and output chart after monitoring the fluid and electrolyte balance.

• Carry out various procedures like tracheostomy, intubation etc.

• Administer medications and treatments to the patient as prescribed by the physician.

• Cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in case of emergency situation.

• Conduct nursing interventions like wound drainage, catheterization and medication administration to delegated patient within the scope of practice.

• Specimen collection and send to the laboratory for the test, record the results accurately.

• Adhere to the hospital policies to prevent infection and to ensure standard healthcare to the patients.

• Based on disease condition, communicate with the patient and family and give health education.

• Practice and participate quality improvement professional in-service programs.

• Conduct post mortem care.

• If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.

• Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.

Job Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

• BSc Degree in Critical Care Nursing with at least 3 years relevant work experience.

• Additional skills: Critical Care and machine using, Strong clinical assessment, excellent communication and Strong teamwork skills.
