Job Description
Teachers of the Pearson curriculum are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction aligned with Pearson Edexcel standards, ensuring students achieve academic excellence in their respective subjects. They plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application. Teachers must prepare students for internal and external assessments, including checkpoint and IGCSE/International A-Level exams, using a variety of teaching strategies and digital resources. They are also expected to assess and monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to support the school's academic goals. Active participation in professional development and commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
Job Requirements
Minimum of BED in English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Civics, HPE and Fine Arts with 3-5 years of experience
