Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily front-office customer service activities

  • Ensure an excellent customer experience and satisfaction

  • Supervise and support branch-level customer service teams

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Maintain operational compliance with bank policies and procedures

  • Prepare accurate and timely service reports

  • Train and mentor junior customer service staff

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    MBA/MA/BA degree in one of the following or related fields:

    • Management

    • Business Administration

    • Economics

    • Accounting

    • Accounting and Finance

    • Business Leadership

    • Marketing Management

  • Experience:

    • 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the banking industry,

    • At least 1 year in one of the following positions:

    • Senior Customer Relations Officer

    • Senior Internal Controller I

    • Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I

    • Or an equivalent role in the banking sector
