Oversee and manage daily front-office customer service activities
Ensure an excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Supervise and support branch-level customer service teams
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
Maintain operational compliance with bank policies and procedures
Prepare accurate and timely service reports
Train and mentor junior customer service staff
Qualifications:
Education:
MBA/MA/BA degree in one of the following or related fields:
Management
Business Administration
Economics
Accounting
Accounting and Finance
Business Leadership
Marketing Management
Experience:
3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in the banking industry,
At least 1 year in one of the following positions:
Senior Customer Relations Officer
Senior Internal Controller I
Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I
Or an equivalent role in the banking sector
