Position Title: Branch Manager

Job Grade: XI

Department: Banking Operations

Location: North Finfinnee District Office – Biriti Branch

Salary: As per the bank’s scale

Published Date: July 26, 2025

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall branch operations

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate branch staff

  • Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with bank policies

  • Drive business development and customer growth

  • Monitor financial performance and achieve branch targets

  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA/MA/BA degree in: Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Marketing Management or related fields

  • Experience:

  • 4 to 5 years of general experience in the banking industry

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in one of the following roles:

  • Manager Banking Operation Management I

  • Customer Service Manager I

  • Or an equivalent managerial position in banking
