This is a management-level position, second in command to the General Manager. The Deputy General Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling functions across departments to support the company's operational and strategic goals.

Job Requirements

• MSc/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field

• Minimum of 10 years (for MSc) or 12 years (for BSc) of relevant experience in a similar leadership role

• Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic management skills

• Ability to work across multiple business sectors and locations
