  • Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management or related fields

  • Experience: 3/4 years’ Experience of which 1 year as Associate Contact Center Agents, or equivalent position & working in Banking Industry is advantageous.

  • Terms of employment :Permanent after Probation Period

  • Salary: As Per Scale of the bank

  • Job Grade: X

  • Work Place: Head Office
