The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the fabrication process, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. The role focuses particularly on vehicle body fabrication, managing teams and resources to meet production targets.

Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, especially in vehicle body fabrication

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to enforce safety protocols and quality control in a production environment
