This is a management-level position responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all human resource functions. The Human Resource Manager plays a key role in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development across multiple sites.

Job Requirements

• MA or BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years (for MA) or 10 years (for BA) of relevant experience

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and talent management strategies
