Job Description
Develop, implement and monitor capacity building plans, coordinating activities, evaluating and assists cooperative enterprises and women’s groups and participating in the evaluation of activities to promote organizational development/
Qualification: BA/BSC in Organizational Development, Business studies and other related fields with at least 3 years experience in Organizational Development
Experience: 4 Years
Good spoken & written English, Amharic and Afan Oromia
Computer literacy, familiarity with digital tools
NGO Working experience is an advantage
Communication skill, report writing and good practice documentations
Women are highly encouraged to apply
Salary: Birr 14,453
Duration: one year with a possibility of extension based on performance
Duty station: Oromia Region, West Shewa zone, Toke Kutaye Woreda
