Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, assisting, participating and performing the overall Gender equality workshops, training program ,moitoring and evaluation.
Job Requirement
Qualification: BA/BSC in Feminist Studies, Sociology, International Development, Social Work and other related fields
Experience: 4 Years
Good spoken & written English, Amharic and Afan Oromia
Computer literacy, familiarity with digital tools
NGO Working experience is an advantage
Communication skill, report writing and good practice documentations
Women are highly encouraged to apply
Salary: Birr 14,453
Duration: one year with a possibility of extension based on performance
Duty station: Oromia Region, West Shewa zone, Toke Kutaye Woreda
