Job Requirement

• Education: BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields

• Experience: a minimum of 3 years’ experience in documentation capabilities, business requirement Analyst and similar role with the financial technology sector is advantageous.\

• Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business and Requirement Analyst

  • Strong understanding of financial technology and its application within the industry is preferred.

  • Proficiency in documentation capabilities, including the ability to create detailed requirement documents and business process documentation

  • Familiarity with industry-standard analysis and documentation tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the financial technology sector is advantageous

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial technology solutions and other housing solutions.

  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and use cases

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of business requirements

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies, particularly in relation to financial technology projects.
