Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a managerial position. Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. - Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and improve relations - Oversee performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity and development. - Administer compensation, benefits, and reward programs. - Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and international HR standards. - Identify training needs and manage employee development initiatives. - Track and report key HR metrics to inform strategic decisions. - Promote an inclusive and respectful workplace culture. - Maintain accurate HR records and operate HR information systems (HRIS/HRMS).
