Monitor learner attendance, participation, and progress through regular placement tests and assessments at key curriculum milestones.
Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and individual needs, providing instructional support or remediation as required.
Coordinate with government education offices to standardize assessments and facilitate learner transitions into formal schooling.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, test scores, and learning outcomes for reporting and continuous improvement.
Support facilitators in delivering timely feedback to learners on strengths and areas for improvement.
Document success stories, beneficiary feedback, and case studies to demonstrate program impact.
Track implementation of recommendations from monitoring and evaluation activities to foster continuous program improvement.
Reporting and Accountability (10%)
Develop and maintain comprehensive systems to capture and report key activities, milestones, and outcomes accurately and on time.
Compile and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports to the immediate supervisor, highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions.
Facilitate communication and feedback channels with community stakeholders, local education offices, and partner organizations to ensure transparency and accountability.
