Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Marketing and Sales Effectiveness Manager include the implementation of all marketing communications and PR plans, management of digital and social media communication, and assistance with new products and brand launches. Create tools and data for customer intelligence and coordinate the Business Unit's use of the CRM system.  In collaboration with the Managing Director, this person oversees organizing and delivering the 1- and 5-year strategic plans, market intelligence, and performance reporting activities. This will entail managing the sales funnel, creating sales and marketing reports, organizing, and carrying out Kerchanshe Equipment demand generating initiatives, and identifying commercial prospects

  • Conduct digital marketing and social media campaigns.

  • Own the execution of the Demand Generation Marketing strategy.

  • Identify and Design Inbound Marketing Campaigns targeting the portfolio of products and services offered.

  • Work with other CoE stakeholders to determine promotion channel.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement through sales and marketing tracking of campaign performance.

  • Support Specific market and customer intelligence analysis for the Business Unit.

  • Support the Business Unit Management team in the application of customer coverage models and strategies considering all parameters including, geography, machine population, customer segmentation, sales force capability etc.

  • Continuously improve sales operating models, sales lead management and application of sales strategy.

  • Facilitate coverage strategy reviews and development in conjunction with the Business Unit Management team, CoE, Strategic Planning team and Group Sales Effectiveness.

  • Provide input to the design customer intelligence programmes with the Market Intelligence team

  • Coordinate the implementation of Salesforce within the Business Unit

  • Audit Salesforce utilization within the Business Unit

Job Requirements

Qualification 

  • Degree, preferably in a numerical discipline such as mathematics, economics, statistics and or marketing and strategic planning

Supervisory/Managerial experience

  • 8 years and more experience in leading multifunctional teams.
