Master’s Degree in Humanitarian Affairs, Security Studies, Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and supervise the safe execution of field operations (NTS, TS, Clearance/EOD) per task orders, priorities, and operational capacity. - Ensure technical compliance with IMAS, HI SOPs, and national regulations, and apply all reasonable effort and risk mitigation principles. - Coordinate the daily, weekly, and monthly deployment of MTTs and other field assets.

Drive entry into new sectors such as bridges, dams, and renewable energy (e.g., wind turbine foundations). Oversee large-scale EPC project acquisition and client relationship development.
