Job Title: Secretary/Receptionist
Gross Monthly Salary: ETB 28,480

We are seeking a reliable and professional Secretary/Receptionist to support our administrative and front-office operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, greet visitors, and maintain organized records. Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, daily schedules, and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Draft, format, and manage letters, reports, and internal documents.
Develop and maintain an effective filing and document management system.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with document printing, scanning, and photocopying.
Support internal communication by sharing guidelines, memos, and updates.
Reception Duties
Welcome visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
Answer, screen, and route phone calls efficiently.
Record and relay accurate messages to relevant staff.
Maintain a neat, welcoming, and organized reception area.
Office Operations
Monitor office supplies and place timely orders to maintain inventory.
Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating the flow of information.
Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and office concerns.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping
Enter and update data accurately into systems and databases.
Keep records and documentation up to date and accessible.
Qualification and Experience
Educational Background: B.A in secretarial science & Office management, administrative service management or any related field
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
