GS Construction Company Ltd. is seeking an experienced and meticulous Senior Accountant to support the CEO Office with executive-level financial oversight. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, internal controls, and strategic analysis for high-level decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in executive and corporate environments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and projections for the CEO

• Monitor budgets, spending trends, and financial performance across departments

• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Manage payroll, allowance reconciliations, and executive expense reporting

• Oversee cash flow statements and fund utilization tied to strategic priorities

• Collaborate with auditors, legal, and procurement teams for financial governance

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial documentation and CEO-level transactions

• Assist in preparing presentations and executive finance briefs for board or investor meetings

• Track and support performance-based incentive and salary adjustment frameworks

Job Requirements;

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (BSc/MSc) in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 15 years of accounting experience, with 5+ years at a senior or executive level

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting frameworks (IFRS or GAAP)

• Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel modeling, and ERP platforms

• Experience supporting management-level decision-making and governance reporting

• High ethical standards and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
