Job Title: Front Office Manager 

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 

Reports To: Founder/CEO

As we elevate our service standards and refine our brand, we are looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our guest relations and reception team with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception & Experience:
o Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
o Oversee guest check-in and seating processes, ensuring efficient and courteous service.
Team Leadership & Training:
o Supervise and mentor the front office team, fostering a culture of excellence 
and teamwork.
o Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable 
and capable of delivering top-tier customer service.
Operational Efficiency:
o Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow to maximize seating efficiency and minimize wait times.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during 
peak hours and special events.
Customer Service Excellence:
o Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery.
o Gather and analyze guest feedback to continually improve service standards and operational practices.
Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and feedback.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Experience:
o Minimum of 2–5 years in a front-of-house role within the hospitality industry,  with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
Skills & Expertise:
o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion 
for delivering outstanding customer service.
o Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and motivating a 
diverse team and Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
