Job Description
Implement, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels.
Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and ensure the company’s digital presence is SEO-friendly to drive organic traffic.
Manage paid search campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Collaborate with content teams to create engaging content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, landing pages, and email newsletters.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to increase engagement and drive conversions.
Manage and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and foster customer engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Use analytics tools Google Analytics, social media insights, etc. to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing outcomes.
Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and ads to optimize campaign performance and maximize conversions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitors to ensure the company’s marketing strategies remain competitive and innovative.
Work closely with the creative, product, and sales teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with broader business objectives and brand strategies.
Assist in managing and optimizing the digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend and campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with social media, and email marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms
Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns with measurable results
Experience with email marketing platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems, website optimization, and basic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other digital marketing platforms.
Knowledge of design tools Canva, Adobe Creative Suite to assist with creative assets.
Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or other advanced digital marketing techniques.
