Job Description
As Project Director, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of demand-driven, commercial-ready digital solutions across mobile, web, and ERP platforms. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage multidisciplinary teams, drive product innovation, ensure UI/UX excellence, and align execution with Ashewa’s business goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, ready-to-deploy software and ERP-based solutions.
Build and manage a product library of customizable digital platforms.
Align projects with strategic goals and prioritize based on market demand and ROI.
Direct cross-functional teams: developers, UI/UX, ERP consultants, PMs, QA, and marketing.
Oversee architecture, coding standards, and technical execution with Tech Leads.
Ensure strong user experience design across all projects.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
Report project status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
Support go-to-market and commercialization strategies.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
7+ years in software, digital product, or ERP project management; 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of software development, ERP systems, and UI/UX principles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
Experience with agile methodologies, architecture planning, and product roadmaps.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Business acumen with understanding of market needs, ROI, and go-to-market strategies.
