Job Description

KBOT Technology is a technology firm based in Ethiopia, focused on delivering scalable, locally adapted software solutions to modernize essential services across education, utilities, finance, and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers.

  • Generate new leads through field visits, calls, networking, and online outreach

  • Present and demonstrate KBOT’s solutions

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements

  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports

  • Attend expos, demos, and client meetings

  • Provide feedback to the technical team based on customer needs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of B2B software or technology sales.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities

  • Basic understanding of software, SaaS, or ERP systems

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
