Job Description
You will design, execute, and improve testing processes. Balance manual and automated testing efforts to ensure product quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify issues early, and enhance testing efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop detailed test plans and test cases for new features and products.
Build, maintain, and execute automated test suites using frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
Conduct functional, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
Coordinate with developers, product managers, and QA peers for quality alignment.
Use JMeter/Locust for performance and load testing when applicable.
Mentor junior QA engineers in test case creation and test process adherence.
Track and retest defect fixes and analyze test reports.
Ensure consistent quality metrics tracking and reporting.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in software QA, including manual and automated testing.
Proficiency with testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, or Locust.
Experience in writing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies (functional, regression, performance, UAT).
Familiarity with Agile development and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
