Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Teacher: Assist in lesson planning, classroom setup, and preparation of educational materials.

• Work with Children: Provide individual and small group support, reinforcing learning and helping children participate in activities.

• Classroom Management: Help maintain order and support positive behavior, monitor students, and intervene when issues arise.

• Encourage Participation: Foster a welcoming environment that motivates students to engage and take part in activities.

• Pastoral Care: Support students' emotional and social wellbeing, encouraging positive relationships among children.

• Assist with Special Needs: Offer additional support for students who need help academically, behaviorally, or socially.

• Supervise Non-Classroom Times: Oversee students during lunch, recess, or field trips, and help ensure their safety

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Only female candidates are eligible to participate. 

• Fresh graduates with zero years experience

• Degree in any field of study (preferably with Bachelor of Education)

• Willing to take part in a one-week long training sessions on Teaching Methodologies and other relevant topics related to the job. This will be organized by the academy and contractual agreement will be issued for competent candidates afterwards. All participants will be issued Certificate of Completion.

• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software is essential.

• Passionate about teaching young children

• Preference is given to candidates who are young, energetic, and attended private high schools. They should have a basic understanding of school systems.
