Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for participating in the trial process, recording the quality problems found in the process of testing, reviewing and discussing the confirmation to improve the quality.

2. Responsible for participating in the trial production process to confirm the stage of trial and error to put forward the improvement of the problem; according to the actual situation and QC and FQC test results to determine the test item of NPI models and draw the action plan for the improvement of quality problem.

3. Responsible for freezing NPI products that have quality problems and unfreeze after getting an effective solution for the freeze products.

4. Responsible for organizing and coordinating various departments to discuss and formulate actions for the improvement of major quality problems and periodically report the progress of the improvement actions.

5. Responsible for control and analyzing quality problems during rework.

6. Responsible for reliability testing for ensuring product quality, analysis and evaluation of the fault prototype to confirm whether the problem is a reliability issue or the existence of quality Hidden dangers.

7. Responsible for reviewing and maintaining quality standards, as well as preparing special criteria for inspection of custom orders under factory inspection requirements.

8. Responsible for preparing and giving training for the inspector to improve the inspection quality and efficiency

9. Responsible for teaching new Engineers and playing a role for the development of training programs.

10. Responsible for actively participating in the company security and safety management system 

11. Execute all of his superior's assigned duties on time and with responsibility.

Job Requirements

• BSC in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 1 Year experience in Manufacturing Industry.
