Job Description
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves supervising junior accounting staff, coordinating audits, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions (invoicing, receipts, payments).
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Handle payroll, expenses, and tax filings.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on overdue payments.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and support financial audits.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Provide cost analysis and financial insights to improve efficiency.
Job Requirement:
Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
Experience: 1-5 years of work experience
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare.
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Previous experiences in healthcare sector is a huge bonus
