Bachelor's Degree in Early Child Care & Education, Kindergarten Education, Educational Psychology, Pedagogy, Educational Planning & Management, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures - Supporting teachers in developing and implementing engaging and effective lesson plans - Overseeing the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives

MA or BA Degree in Education, Literacy or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and contextualization of structured teacher guides aligned with the Oromia primary school curriculum and Minimum Learning Competencies. - Collaborate closely with the Luminos Fund Ethiopia and global Teaching & Learning teams to ensure the guides are pedagogically sound, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of early primary grades and government accelerated learning classrooms.

MA\BA Degree\TVET Level IV\III or Diploma in Educational planning & Management, Leadership & Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years and above for other positions.

BA Degree in Teaching Profession, Curriculum, EDPM, Instructional Supervision, Pedagogy Including Educational Psychology, Social Work, and Sociology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
