Job Description
We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of VO & Acceptance Engineer at [DR.AZ GROUP CO.LTD]. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional who has previously worked in the field of Voice Optimization and Acceptance, preferably with more than one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end voice optimization and network performance tuning.
Perform acceptance testing of telecom equipment and solutions (Particularly Huawei platforms)
Generate and validate Acceptance Test Reports (ATRs).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution during the acceptance phase.
Ensure compliance with project SLAs and technical specifications.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum1 year of relevant experience in VO and Acceptance roles, especially have an experience in Huawei projects.
Solid understanding of GSM/WCDMA/LTE voice call flows and KPI analysis.
Hands-on experience with Huawei tools such as PRS, M2000, or U2020 is preferred.
Good communication and technical reporting skills.
