Join our company (JIF) Located in Addis, The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets, ensure payments are collected on time as per agreement of various customer Segments served by JIF. This role requires high customer handling skills, proactive outreach, team management, detailed product knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Existing and Identify new target, and engage potential clients in assigned sectors segments

  • Ensure existing customer portfolio is well served and full potential is utilized to grow business.

  • Be the in-charge person to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained across all segments

  • Conduct regular field visits, calls, and outreach to generate qualified leads.

  • Present company products/services and customize solutions to client needs.

  • Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and close deals in a timely manner.

  • Resolving customer questions, inquiries, and complaints and satisfying customers

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Report weekly about sales volume, customer recruitment and related sales KPI’s.

  • Work interdepartmentally to meet customers’ request

  • Monitor market trends and competitors and share feedback.

  • Be the focal person to execute promotion programs 

  • Own the delivery of monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Reporting sales volume, new customer recruitment and other Sales KPI 

  • Manage team working under the sales structure

  • Upon necessity, travel to customer locations outside of Addis

Job Requirements

About the Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in one of business-related fields from an accredited university.

  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated goal- oriented and result driven

  • Familiar with both B2B and B2C sales processes and client relationship building.

  • Experience in Hospitality / Food and Beverage / FMCG / or related areas is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Fluency in Amharic and English, other language is a plus
