Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Construction Management, Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and supplier evaluations. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard trusted suppliers for construction materials, plant, and subcontracted services. - Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure favorable terms, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. - Place purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt and minimum delays. - Inspect goods/services upon delivery for compliance with spec and quantity. - Maintain accurate records: purchase orders, contracts, delivery notes, invoices, supplier databases. - Work with project managers, engineers, site supervisors to align procurement with construction plans and deadlines. - Support inventory control and safety protocols. - Implement improvements to procurement workflows and supplier networks.

Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement ASE’s 5-year strategic expansion plan in alignment with the President’s vision. Diversify revenue streams beyond post-tensioning (PT) into infrastructure, prefabrication (e.g., hollow-core slabs), BIM/software solutions, and selective high-value services like VSL. Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and technology collaborations. - Position ASE as a premier engineering solutions provider across East Africa and beyond. Drive entry into new sectors such as bridges, dams, and renewable energy (e.g., wind turbine foundations). Oversee large-scale EPC project acquisition and client relationship development.
