Service Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of medical equipment

• Preventive maintenance and repair of equipment

• Responding to service calls and troubleshooting issues

• Providing technical support and user training

• Keeping service and maintenance documentation

• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Sales Responsibilities

• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations

• Building and maintaining customer relationships

• Meeting sales targets and exploring new markets

• Preparing technical proposals and quotations

• Participating in tenders and contract negotiations

• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: fresh graduate
