Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Market Research Analyst to lead market intelligence efforts and drive strategic business decisions. This role involves designing and conducting complex market research studies, analyzing data to uncover trends and insights, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and manage quantitative and qualitative market research projects, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and competitive analysis.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using statistical tools to identify market trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.

• Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to translate insights into strategic initiatives.

• Monitor and evaluate competitors, industry trends, and market developments to maintain a strong understanding of the business environment.

• Create and maintain forecasting models to support planning and growth.

• Manage relationships with external vendors or research agencies as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or related analytical role.

• Proven experience with statistical software and data visualization tools. 

• Strong understanding of research design, sampling methods, and data analysis techniques.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights.

• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

• Experience working in industry-specific knowledge if applicable, e.g., tech, healthcare, finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in international or B2B market research.

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Certification in Market Research (e.g., PRC, Insights Association) is a plus.
