GS Construction Company Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the strategic management of its construction material and equipment warehouses. The successful candidate must have at least 15 years of experience, preferably within a construction company environment, and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead all warehouse operations including material receiving, issuing, stock management, and dispatch
Maintain accurate inventory records and implement barcode or digital tracking systems
Oversee storage layout for optimal space utilization and safety compliance
Coordinate material flow with procurement, site engineers, and project teams
Develop warehouse policies, SOPs, and audit protocols to ensure accountability
Supervise warehouse staff and conduct training on handling, reporting, and safety
Perform regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and report discrepancies
Monitor material expiry, shelf-life, damage, and loss trends
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and construction site standards
Collaborate on project forecasting to align warehouse stock with site demand
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 15 years of warehouse experience, preferably in large-scale construction or industrial companies
Proficiency in inventory systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Office
Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
Understanding of construction equipment and material handling procedures
Excellent communication, recordkeeping, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of international warehouse and supply chain practices is a plus
