Senior Holding Sales Coordinator I

Department/Service: Holding Marketing and Sales Department 

Reports to: Chief Holding Marketing and Sales Officer

The Senior Holding Sales Coordinator I play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across the Holding Company's diversified portfolio of subsidiary businesses. This position is responsible for developing and executing cohesive sales strategies, coordinating sales efforts among subsidiaries, expanding the overall client base, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The Senior Coordinator will manage key accounts, foster strong relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize & Execute Sales Initiatives: Participate in the development and lead the execution of overarching sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the diverse range of products and services offered by the Holding Company's subsidiaries.

  • Identify & Pursue Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within both existing and prospective client accounts across all subsidiary operations.

  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams across the Holding and subsidiary companies.

  • Negotiate & Maximize Profitability: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to optimize profitability across the group's sales activities.

  • Monitor & Report Performance: Regularly monitor key sales performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management review, highlighting trends and opportunities.

  • Enhance Market Presence: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to strengthen the Holding Company's and its subsidiaries' market presence.

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Facilitate timely follow-up with clients for feedback, support, and to identify future sales opportunities, supporting after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate for Product Enhancement: Work closely with product development and marketing teams within the Holding Company and its subsidiaries to relay customer feedback and suggest product or service improvements.

  • Maintain Sales Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions are maintained within CRM systems.

  • Uphold Compliance & Ethics: Guarantee all sales activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  • Support Financial Planning: Assist in the formulation of sales budgets and forecasts for the Holding Company and its subsidiaries.

  • Stay Informed: Continuously update knowledge on industry developments, market trends, and product offerings across the diversified portfolio.

  • Coordinate Subsidiary Sales: Serve as the central point of coordination for sales activities across all subsidiary companies, fostering best practices and synergy.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Second Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management, or another relevant field of study, with 6 years of related work experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or senior expertise position

                           OR

  • First Degree from a recognized university/college in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or another relevant field of study, with 8 years of related work experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or senior expertise position
