Job Description
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities
Ensure proper implementation of material management procedures of the Company
Collects information on inventory status to understand inventory content of inventory holdings; Assists inventory control professionals in achieving order inventory levels.
Maintain documents such as purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt properly and carefully;
Monitor the preparation of payment based on the invoice that has been prepared, receives and pays the check and issues the appropriate receipt.
Assist with foreign and local purchases
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience
First degree in Purchasing Management, with 1 year of experience/Diploma with 4 years of experience
