Job Description
WJ Pharmaceutical is looking for a Salesperson with at least 2 years of experience in sales. The role involves promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions across Addis Ababa and nearby areas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Promoting and selling pharmaceutical products.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Conducting regular field visits and product demonstrations.
Collecting market insights and monitoring competitor activities.
Submitting timely sales reports and performance updates.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with the Addis Ababa market.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
