We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect with a strong background in construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of architectural plans, from concept through to execution, ensuring compliance with design standards, local codes, and client requirements.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.

• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.

• Conduct site assessments and site supervision when necessary.

• Review contractor submittals and provide technical guidance during execution.

• Ensure compliance with national building codes and client expectations.

• Attend client meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Prepare 3D visualizations and presentation materials when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

• Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and detailing.

• Good understanding of local and international building codes and standards.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
