We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Junior Accountant  to join our growing team. The role is ideal for   Recording financials transactions, Journal entries, AR/AP processing, support bank reconciliations, ledger and  Assists in monthly and annual financial statements and close  Procedure 

 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists in preparing financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports) & update daily transaction logs and spreadsheets under supervision. 

  • Supports the month-end and year-end close process, including submitting adjusting journal entries and close schedules. . 

  • Assists in internal and external audits by compiling documentation and supporting schedules. 

  • Records financial transactions, enter financial data, process invoices, handle expense reports, and update ledgers with accuracy and timeliness

  • Help reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.

  •  Assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks—verifying invoices, following up on payment, processing bill payments 

  •  Prepare schedules and extracts needed for financial close procedures .

  •  Organize financial documents and assist with internal or external audit preparations 

  • Assist in analyzing financial data, forecasting, budgeting, identifying variances.

  •  Filing, scanning, record keeping, liaising with other teams. 

Term of Employment : Fixed term  for 03 months ,  based on company`s  future activity/investment and   the candidate`s performance, the contract may be extended

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications

  • A B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance, or other related disciplines 

  • 1year work experience in the same job 

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g. GAAP, IFRS), with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Willingness to learn, proactive mindset, ability to take feedback and ask questions

  • Skill Required : Proficiency in Excel, Accounting Software, Analytical mindset

  •  Who has      basic knowledge of debits, credits, AR/AP
