Job Description
The Professional Development Program offers fresh graduates a 6-12 months rotational experience across key departments within a function. Trainees will spend 70% of their time on-the-job, gaining practical experience, and the rest in structured classroom and digital training focused on technical and soft skills.
With close mentorship and coaching, participants will develop a strong understanding of the business and their area of specialization. Upon successful completion, they will be offered permanent roles aligned with their strengths and company needs.
Only graduates of 2017 E.C or 2025 G.C with BA Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration and Information System, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management and related fields of studies.
2.75 CGPA is the minimum requirement to apply for the program.
Must have passed the national exit exam.
