Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

  • Oversee the execution of multiple strategic programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Define program objectives, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans related to programs.

  • Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential challenges or resistance.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make adjustments as needed.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans.

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs needed for successful change adoption.

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders impacted by change initiatives, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

  • Develop and deliver communication plans, including messaging, updates, and training materials.

  • Communicate strategic plans and initiatives to various stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and expected outcomes.

  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on program goals and deliverables.

  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and strategic objectives.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.

  • Conduct regular program and project reviews and assess progress and resolve issues.

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure that program and change initiatives meet business needs.

  • Develop and implement performance measurement tools and dashboards.

  • Analyze program and change management data and identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on program performance and change management efforts.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate change objectives, benefits, and progress to stakeholders.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of change management efforts.

  • Analyze data and feedback to assess the impact of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience.
