Key Responsibilities and Duties:-

• Machine Operation:

Operating and monitoring embroidery machines, including both single-head and multi-head machines, to ensure optimal performance and quality. 

• Setup and Preparation:

Setting up machines, including threading needles, adjusting tension, and selecting appropriate designs and thread colors based on work orders. 

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the machines are operating smoothly. 

• Quality Control:

Inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and making adjustments as needed. 

• Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of production data, machine performance, and materials used. 

• Safety and Cleanliness:

Adhering to safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the safe operation of the machines. 

• Working with designs:

Interpreting work orders, selecting appropriate designs, and sometimes even working with clients to understand their design needs. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

Proven experience in operating embroidery machinery, including single-head and multi-head machines. 

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating embroidery machines, understanding machine settings, and troubleshooting issues. 

• Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail is essential for identifying defects and ensuring high-quality results. 

• Organizational Skills:

Good organizational skills are needed to manage materials, designs, and production schedules. 

• Communication Skills:

Effective communication skills are important for collaborating with team members and potentially with clients. 

• Problem-Solving Skills:

The ability to identify and resolve machine malfunctions and other production issues.
