Job Title: Marketing Lead
Department: Commercial - Marketing
Reporting To: Commercial Manager
Direct Reports: Graphics Designer, Copy-writer, Website Developer, External Marketing Agency

Purpose of the Job:
The Marketing Lead will serve as the strategic and operational driver of EASE Engineering’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for strengthening the brand, increasing market visibility, and leading campaigns that align with EASE’s positioning as a next-generation EPC firm. The Marketing Lead will coordinate with both internal teams and external consultants, especially working closely with the commercial team and consulting partner under Solstice Ventures, to ensure a clear, consistent, and effective marketing voice across all platforms.
Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with commercial goals.
Lead brand positioning, narrative development, and technical storytelling in collaboration with commercial manager and marketing consultant.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to guide campaign priorities and content themes.
Campaign Management:
Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, events, email, outdoor, and PR with specific focus on a digital-first marketing strategy.
Manage content development and ensure messaging aligns with EASE’s brand voice and market objectives.
Track KPIs for each campaign and adjust tactics based on performance insights.
Brand and Content Oversight:
Supervise design and content creation, including technical brochures, project showcases, and consultant engagement tools.
Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
Champion internal branding initiatives, including culture-building materials and merchandise.
Digital and SEO Management:
Oversee SEO, website performance, and lead generation via digital platforms.
Coordinate with developers/designers to ensure user-friendly digital presence.
Events and Engagement:
Plan and execute technical marketing events, consultant workshops, exhibitions, and webinars.
Coordinate memorabilia or historical storytelling exhibitions in alignment with legacy initiatives.
Internal Coordination and Reporting:
Work closely with the Commercial Manager and BD Head to align marketing with pipeline goals.
Coordinate with marketing consultant for strategic marketing input and campaign validation.
Provide monthly reports summarizing marketing performance and ROI metrics.
Qualification and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration; technical/engineering background is a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles (B2B or engineering sector preferred).
Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams and agency/consultant coordination.
Demonstrated record of managing marketing budgets and campaigns from concept to execution.
Expertise:
Excellent command of branding, content marketing, and campaign analytics.
Proficiency with marketing software/tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CMS, CRM, etc.).
Clear and strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of engineering or infrastructure industry positioning is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, performance metrics, and SEO best practices.
High-level writing, communication, and presentation skills.
