Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and manage a team of Farm Sourcing Coordinators across different regions. - Monitor performance, provide weekly check-ins, and ensure accountability on outreach and purchasing targets. - Conduct field visits and support coordinators with challenges on the ground.

PhD or Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Natural Resource Economics, Land Governance, Environmental Policy, Land Economics, Land Use Planning, Regional Planning Development Economics, Public Policy or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 6 years in the areas of leadership and policy analysis, involving livestock inputs and/or private sector engagement.

BSc Degree in Agronomy or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct field trials and experiments to evaluate crop performance, livestock management and identify areas for improvement. - Collect and analyze soil, plant, and water samples to determine nutrient levels and develop fertilizer recommendations. - Advise farmers on best practices for soil and water management, crop rotation, livestock value chain management (diary and meat production) and pest control.
