Job Requirement

  • Qualification:  Master’s/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or related fields

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience is required for candidates holding a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience is required for candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of the total experience must be in a managerial or senior leadership role in finance and administration.

  • Prior experience in the manufacturing, trading, or agribusiness sector is highly desirable.

  • Fluency in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromoo is a requirement.
