Job Requirements

• BA degree or Diploma or Certificate in Hotel management, Hotel Operations, or F&B Service with good communication skills

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry

• Flexibility to work in shifts

• Proficiency in Computer applications and Micros hotel software

• Strong human relations /interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of English and the Amharic language

• Certificate of Competency (COC) is an advantage where relevant.
