Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Food Preparation, Hotel Operation, and related fields. 

  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Chef de Partie at a 4- or 5-star hotel.

  • Supervisory experience

  • Having a COC certification is an advantage

  • Excellent command of English & interpersonal skills

  • Capable of working in a team environment

  • Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual

  • Excellent menu planning, cost control, and recipe preparation ability

  • Proactive, innovative and customer-focused

  • Ability to give attention to detail 

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Required No: 3
