Job Description
Diploma/Certificate in Food Preparation, Hotel Operation, and related fields.
A minimum of three years of experience as a Chef de Partie at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
Supervisory experience
Having a COC certification is an advantage
Excellent command of English & interpersonal skills
Capable of working in a team environment
Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
Excellent menu planning, cost control, and recipe preparation ability
Proactive, innovative and customer-focused
Ability to give attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
