Job Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Tourism Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Director.

• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage technical & practical skills accompanied by great customer service orientation, highly sensitive to cost, able to work under pressure with multiple tasks & workload, and acquired excellent leadership skills

• Highly cost-sensitive, able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and workloads.

• Excellent leadership skills.

• Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Opera and Micros systems.

• Highly motivated and passionate about the role.
