We are seeking an experienced Solutions & Delivery Manager to lead solution design, client delivery, and project execution for GPS tracking, IoT, fleet management, and related technologies.
This is a client-facing leadership role bridging pre-sales and post-sales delivery, ensuring that every proposed solution is implemented effectively, on time, and to the highest standard.

You will work closely with management, clients, and internal teams to design, present, and deliver tailored solutions for the transport, logistics, and fleet management sectors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for bids, tenders, and direct clients

• Deliver presentations, product demos, and solution pitches to clients

• Introducing new products and services to clients

• Supporting clients in maximizing the value and benefits from the company’s offerings.

• Monitoring clients solutions utilization performance and assisting client to benefit the most out of the company solutions

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across hardware, software, and field operations

• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards

• Coordinate and track team activities using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication during delivery phases

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges promptly

• Produce progress and delivery reports for both management and clients

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related)

  • Computer Science / Information Technology

  • Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)

  • Information Systems or equivalent

• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of experience managing technical projects in GPS tracking, IoT, fleet management, or related technologies

• Strong technical and business acumen to bridge client needs with technical delivery

• Proven skills in presentation, proposal writing, and client communication

• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams

• Experience with at least one renowned fleet management platform and related technologies

• Knowledge of bid/tender processes and documentation

• Knowledge and experience in telematics products configuration, installation, maintenance and calibration

Bonus / Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management operations

• Understanding of fuel monitoring, driver behavior analysis, and vehicle telematics

• Knowledge of telematics and fleet management standards and regulations
