• Position:  Accounting and Finance Manager 

• Location: Addis Ababa 

• Employment Type: Permanent (after probation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting and financial activities

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities

• Lead and develop the finance team

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar managerial role

• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian financial laws and regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
