Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathering patient information by conducting physical examinations and asking questions
Ordering necessary diagnostic tests, such as blood work or diagnostic imaging
Making informed diagnoses based on the findings of exams and tests
Recommending treatments to ease symptoms, manage chronic conditions or cure illnesses
Educating patients about self-care and lifestyle changes that can contribute to the success of a treatment
Monitoring patients’ ongoing conditions and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Supervising and coaching other members of the care team to coordinate care for patients
Updating patient medical records and ensuring that medical information is accurate and kept private
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in related fields
1 year and above experience
