Role & Responsibilities:
Assess and underwrite complex commercial and personal insurance applications with precision and insight.
Negotiate optimal terms and pricing with insurer partners.
Guide and mentor junior underwriting staff to foster technical growth.
Review and refine underwriting guidelines and practices.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in underwriting Property & Casualty, Liability, or Health insurance.
Deep understanding of insurance markets, risk analysis, and pricing methodologies.
Professional certification such as CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) is highly desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative approach.
Demonstrated commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
